In his six years of coaching, Grant Taylor has never had a winning season. After losing their first three games of the season, the coach discovers a group of fathers are plotting to have him fired. Combined with pressures at home, Coach Taylor has lost hope in his battle against fear and failure. However, an unexpected challenge helps him find a purpose bigger than just victories. Strengths: Does well in portraying two Bible themes: "In whatever you do, do to the glory of God," and "With God all things are possible." Drama and humor are blended with Bible principles in a way that touches the heart. The deathcrawl scene is memorable.
Weaknesses: The casting, acting, and directing are pretty basic... Weaknesses to be sure, but ones which help the audience identify more closely with the characters and their struggles through their down-to-earth appeal.
